Oh, thank Merlin. Jonas had not made his way out of the gig trailer to go looking for Kobe -- she'd come to him -- and that was good, considering the pitiful shape he was in. He was crouching, where the drum kit had previously sat, and staring at the floor, which was making him dizzy. Or maybe it was just the thoughts in his head that were making him dizzy. Still, he was dizzy...until he heard her voice, which startled him.
Falling to his knees, Jonas cast a weak smile toward the doorway. His already parched throat felt drier. It wasn't the first time he'd seen Kobe tonight, but she never failed to strike him dumb. Of course, he was already feeling particularly dumb, tonight, but that was beside the point. He wasn't even sure if his mind had a point, right now. He just stared at her, happy to have someone so bloody gorgeous to hold him up by the final thread of his sanity.
But why, oh why, did she have to say the word 'puke'? He hadn't really thought about being nauseous until she said something, but now, he really, really wanted to puke. Damn it all.
"M'fine now," Jonas mumbled as he turned toward her, on his knees. He blindly threw his arms around her to cling at her bare midriff. Jonas grinned lazily. He...really liked this outfit. "I got my girl and she's...got a pretty bow in her hair."
