Charlie!
After completely breaking her promise to Charlie that she wouldn't tell anyone and having a some what calming chat with Nora, Delilah felt a little bit more ready to face her twin. Not that she couldn't before, but this sort of news, well it took a while to process. Not to mention the fact that it was the last thing she had ever expected Charlie to say. The promise of drinks with Nora afterwards helped ease the shock of being completely blindsided.

She fidgeted outside Charlie's door waiting for him to respond to her knock. It had almost been a hour since she had told him that she was on her way over and considering the fact that shouldn't even take her a quarter of that time, there was a good chance that she only added to what ever sort of panic her brother was most likely in. Well she assumed he was in a panic. Proposing was a big deal, and neither of them handled decisions of such enormity well, let alone with any grace. If Charlie was calm about this, then Delilah would-- well she honsetly wouldn't know what to do with that.

"Charlieee," she called through the door, opting for whinging than actually thinking about what she would say once he did let her in. "I can't be late if I never said when I'd be here. Please stop making stand outside. It is hooot."

Hogsmeade Quidditch Weekend! Open to All!
Charlie was literally bouncing around like a school kid. How was he so keen on the ways of excited, shriek-filled Hogwarts students? Why, he was surrounded by a gaggle of them! Bouncing, the lot of them, and all donned in red and gold! It was a beautiful sight, really, and it made the slightly overcast day seem bright and sunny and warm. He wanted to hug each and every one of those kids, so he did and it was a good feeling to be recognized as some 'Gryffindor Hero!' A Gryffindor Hero! Legend, some were saying. Some teeny, tiny voice in the back of Charlie's head knew that legend, even hero was pushing it a bit far, but he would happily accept the compliments because they made him feel damn special.

He hadn't been much of a standout in school, popular enough not to lurk around the corridors without anyone noticing you were there, but he was no quidditch captain or head boy. He was just Charlie, and even if his quidditch fame and popularity had skyrocketed these past few years, he was still very much in awe of the fact that people could be impressed by him.

"All right, all right!" he laughed, prying off the clamped fingers of a young third year girl's off his arm. "I'll be back, I promise!"

There was a chorus of moans, but soon the group had spotted yet another player to lay their tremendous excitement and focus on, and Charlie was free. He bounded down the pavement, Gryffindor scarf proudly flapping in the wind behind him, and dropped down onto a wooden bench beside his very Hufflepuff-y girlfriend.

"The kids," he said, waving his hand out toward the crowd before dropping it down onto the back of the bench behind Penelope, "They dig me."

Open to....EVERYONE LMAO

This party had most certainly gotten out of hand.

Louis was not sure what had happened, or how, but he and Adian were quite suddenly overwhelmed by a sea of people they did not know save for the magazines and tabloids. Quidditch stars, besides Saoirse and her boyfriend (and teammates!) were sauntering through their flat! Wireless celebrities, friends from Hogwarts, people they did not recognize at all! Louis was at first startled, owling his sister for help (and to bring more dip!), but soon he was being patted on the back for throwing quite the bash and handed drink after drink in congratulations.

It may be the reason why he was seeing double, but Louis Bonaccord had traversed this crazy world! He could hold his liquor. Somewhat.

"You are Saoirse's friend!" he said, not the slightest hint of a slur as he spotted one of the few familiar people in the crowd. His wavering form gave up his intoxication, but at least he could speak clearly, "Mademoiselle Pepper!"

ooc: basically, Louis and Adian wanted a small get together on their roof, and the word spread that some quidditch players will be there and now they are basically throwing a rager lmao. If you can connect to Louis or Adian in some manner (six, seven, eight degrees, WHATEVER), then your character can be here LOL

Charity Dinner! Open to All! For Saturday!

for more information

He stared at his reflection in the back of the bar area, his face refracted by the different panes of glass. Henry had long left his assigned seat at a table full of some of the highest donors of the night. They had found it to be such an honor that he was seated with them, that to be dining beside someone who must be so strong to go through this travesty was something to brag about. Henry had silently and barely acknowledged them, allowing their obsession with themselves and their egos to draw the conversation away from him.

The empty glass cracked loudly against the counter of the bar as he finished the drink. Henry could feel himself starting to feel slow and sluggish, but if he was forced to be here then he was going to do it on his own terms. If that meant getting so pissed that he slept under the bar for the rest of the night, then so be it.

Someone slipped onto the stool beside him, but seeing as there was no one that Henry wished to speak to tonight, he dropped his gaze back to his empty glass and tapped the side so that it could magically fill up once more.

Delilah and Max!
Nora frowned, the wind whipping her scarf loose from around her neck. The weather was dreary and it mimicked her mood perfectly. After nearly five days, her little expedition group was nowhere closer to finding the missing curse-breakers. Nora knew how to track animals, and while Nico, Larkin, and she was now clumping Ethan into the mix weren't animals (well...), she knew how to conduct a search.

She unfolded a picture she'd taken of the trio in Egypt and stared down at it with a frown. The images all waved back, knocking each other over on the bench after a few moments. Nora wished she could have some sort of idea what had happened, to ease her easily worried mind. She knew in her head that they were all capable of handling themselves, but the circumstances were just so strange and the period of time that had passed without any sort of communication had gone on too long for comfort. From all the misadventures she'd heard about, with great flourish, it was hard to simply sit around and wait.

"Thanks a lot," she said to the young girl behind the stall. Nora had provided the picture and the girl had recognized Ethan. She'd pointed down the alleyway of the street fair and Nora let out a breath; at least she knew they'd been here. Nora walked toward Delilah and Max, who were a bit further down and in the direction the girl had pointed out. She stopped, putting a hand up to block the sun, noticing that even with the wind she felt warm. She better not have caught something.

"They were here," she said, folding the picture up and putting it back in her pocket. Nora was glad that her friends had come along with her, but it was starting to seem like a hopeless cause, and they were all feeling weary, "or at least Ethan was. Maybe someone else saw something."

POSTED FOR SATURDAY~ Sinners & Saints Ghost Train!

As the country side rushed by outside the window, Dianna could feel her pride grow with each passing second. She wasn't one to admit that she bragged about her achievements, but it would be a lie to think that she was not going to be boasting at how overwhelmingly amazing this event had turned out to be. The turn out had been far more than anticipated, the musicians that varied through every other cart were fantastic and livening up the mood---there were even ghosts of old conductors and passengers floating through the carts and having the time of their after-lives scaring the guests.

It was to be a fun, fantastic, frightful night. Dianna was beside herself with excitement, and she tugged her skirt down a bit and went on a search for a friendly face to interact with. Merlin, she'd really out done herself this time, she thought amusing as a cart-wide sized cobweb magically unspun to let her pass.

Dianna flipped a golden curl over her shoulder, smirking greatly. She was so brilliant.

Axe's Anniversary of Birth!!!!
Charlie was pretty sure he'd missed out on a wonderful career as a party planner. As he stared out at the dance floor, which he stood over on a platform where the DJ was spinning a mix of wizard and muggle music (even with some popular French songs that were actually pretty catchy if Charlie said so himself). He wasn't surprised at how many people showed up, but it still nearly startling to see how bloody happy everyone was to be there! Sure, some looked ridiculous with the fake mustaches that were passed out (not required, obviously), but a lot had actually grown out their beards and it was----cool, they tried, they wanted to be there and they wanted to have a good time. Charlie wanted to have a good time.

The Kestrels were not top of the pack, and while he believed in his team completely, the stress of the numbers had been getting to them. A night like this was necessary, and maybe it could rejuvenate the team that had lost some valuable members this season and had done a bit of shifting around. They were still trying to get themselves into place, and it needed to happen faster than it was.

Plus, Axe had been pissy all week that no one had acknowledged the anniversary of his birth.

Charlie grabbed the mic from the DJ and grinned, enjoying colorful scene laid out in front of him. funkybuddha club had been a perfect choice for the night, "Don't everyone tire themselves out! There's still a lot more festivites to look forward to!"

Gaspard :D
Delilah was having a horrible month and she was completely fine wallowing in her misery while eating ice cream on Charlie's couch for the rest of it.    Of course she still went to her duels, but other than that she didn't leave the house much.  She was getting sick of being bombarded by paparazzi asking for exclusives on the break up between her and Scott, or whether or not Victoria had if fact come after her with her beater bat, or sleazy guys asking her if she would mind kissing them for a picture.  And on top of all that, Scott still wasn't talking to her, which honestly wasn't unexpected.  But Charlie so bluntly pointing out that she effectively broke up with him when she kissed another guy in a bar and asking why she even cared this much because he was boring was just plain rude.  And hurtful.

He probably just wanted his couch back.  Well that was just too bad, she thought as she flipped through her post, because he said she could stay as long as she liked when she first showed up.  She paused at a letter addressed to her in unfamiliar writing, curious as it got through with the rest of her personal post.  She frowned at the one line letter informing her that until further notice Henry would be unable to assist her and to please feel free to contact some no-name agent in his absence if anything would be required.  That was just unacceptable.

Well it was until she did some digging and discovered that she was being temporarily reassigned due the fact he was in the hospital.

So Delilah made cookies and went to visit, because Henry was her friend not just her agent, and you visit your friends when they are in the hospital.  And it was something to do that didn't involve feeling sorry for herself, but mostly because she cared.  The brim of her hat was wide and obscured a bit of her view and she was only half paying attention to where she was going, so it would make sense that she would walk right into someone while rounding a corner.  She fell hard, and the tin she was carrying bounced across the floor opening to spill its contents everywhere.
