* Chef Aaron is a sweetheart, and Ramsay seemed to really take to him so they worked a lot in the kitchen together in that episode [Instead of Ramsay making the cook learn through working through it himself alone]. I've seen 2 season worth and as far as the american cooks/chefs I've seen in these episodes go, he's the only one worthy of the "Executive Chef" title, IMHO.

Notes: The Crabcakes reference is to the fact of him wanting crabcakes in like 6 different episodes. 'Gobsmacked' is a brit term for appalled. In Santa La Brea, the Mobu Tofu [beef dish] 'had it out for him' and only a bulldog ate it [NOT his recipe]. Emeril potshot is because I don't like Emeril as a cook at all. His dressings and marinades are shit.
