The tank as a whole

The tiny stone Buddha on the pile of flagstones

The cute little critter that lives here
Some more information on this tank:
The tank is unfiltered and unheated, it just has lighting and an airstone.
The 'island' at the left is made from polyurethane and has a hollow space in it that's filled with soil and gravel, which is why the plants on it survive. It's not floating, but glued to the glass. I made it by making a cast from an actual flagstone.
The bamboo is from Ikea.
The newt lives here all by herself ever since her mate died. I've tried to find newts of the same species so that I could buy her some friends, but I've had no luck. But I'm visiting a reptile/amphibian fair next month and I'm pretty sure I'll find some there.
