Can I Be More Than I Am? (Open to JSA)
Jacob's actions, or inaction as he saw it, during the incident with the Titans still ate away at him. The old fears hadn't really faded, at least not in his mind. He still felt sick to his stomach at the idea of fighting, particularly with metahumans involved. Still, even with potentially the world at stake, what had he done? He quietly moved into the JSA's training room and eyed the equipment present. It wasn't as if he never tried to learn what it meant to be a superhero..but there was a difference between learning physical skills and learning a whole other mindset. He sat on a workout bench, wondering just what it was he was willing to do.

	Lee made his way into the training room for workout. That whole incident had been rather disturbing in his option. But he did feel that he had done some good work keep the fires under control in the city that Ty had started. He had planned on doing some strength training before doing some combat training. "Yeah, the big fight with the JSA and JLA fighting Mordru. It was broadcast on live television. I knew my father was a superhero..I grew up with the children of other superheros, but that day changed how I looked at them." Josh paused a moment to take a steadying breath. "I saw it when Mordru crippled my dad. I was sitting right there in the living room and saw it happen. My dad, the strongest guy I knew, screaming in the kind of pain you can't describe in words. That day superheros stopped being a thing of awe for me, but fear. That fear drove me to avoid even my closest friends for years so I wouldn't ever be involved in metahuman affairs. I would never see those horrors firsthand. It took me years just to get up the guts to get back in touch with my friends again, Lee. You can imagine what I feel in regards to actually being a superhero."
