And the holiday season begins (open to any FF meme threads)
Whoever was in charge of the Baxter Building holiday decorations certainly went full out. And not just on the floors the public was allowed to go to. Giant decorated trees, lights everywhere, various hanukkah themed ones too and mistletoe randomly above doorways.

Aleron was currently floating in a doorway and staring up at the doorframe confused. Usually he'd visit Earth on Christmas to spend it with his father's side of the family, but he hadn't really been privy to the whole 'holiday season' bit. So he could only really recall that there was some tradition attached to this plant, but he couldn't remember what it was at all.

	Ben was thoroughly enjoying how much of the Holiday Spirit had come to the Baxter Building. It really made him like coming home to visit his family around the holidays. He was enjoying some fresh hot coco with marshmallows in the kitchen. (Reply to this)

	Aleron looks back at the plant in question curiously. "Mistletoe? I recall the name but what's it for?" When he turns back to her, he sees the blush and wonders if he'd said something wrong. He'd been trying hard to follow all the human traditions for holidays and stuff, after all, that was part of the point of coming here, to see the earth a little and experience it. But this is the first tradition that has him pause. Not because kissing her is a bad thing, most certainly not, but because she was blushing so much and he didn't want to make her uncomfortable. Better to ask permission.

"Oh. I see, I hadn't realized." There's a pause and he reaches out to take her hand because she was blushing and not quite looking at him, and he needed her, at least partial, attention. "Then...may I? I don't want to if it makes you uncomfortable, regardless of tradition."

	He might've let the kiss last a bit longer than propriety would recommend but when done he smiles. "Thank you. Earth has some interesting traditions." This one wasn't a bad one, though he'd admit that it entirely depended on who you ran into under these mistletoe. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
