Wild Horses
Podagros (the fast), Lampon (the shining), Xanthos (the blond) and Deinos (the terrible), known as the Mares of Diomedes raced through the streets of London. Fire streamed from their mouths and nostrils as they ran.

The unlucky citizen or tourist who couldn't get out of the way fast enough were either burned, or on the rare occasion ran down and eaten by the flesh eating horses. Police tried to set up barricades to stop them, but the wild horses would not be stopped or contained.

It was originally supposed to have been just a coast to coast US tour, opening for Scare Tactics with a few bits from her own act, when Uncle Obie had suggested an opening in London for a few nights. The money was good, she could do some cause promotion, so Avia would have been a fool to pass it up.

Which left her as one of the super-people on the spot when it came to dealing with things like this. Her aero disks let her keep up with the creatures, before pouring on a burst of speed. When she reached the right spot, she triggered her Mother Box, building stray molecules into a wide net stretching across the road.

Maybe that would be enough.

	Hope flew alongside on her sister on her own set of aero discs, her Mega Rod at the ready. When she got close enough to one of the horses, she jumped on one of them, bringing down her Mega Rod to smash at its neck. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The horses skidded to a halt when they saw the net. They turned around and started going back the way they came. The one Hope landed on stopped and tried to buck her off. Then came the smash to its neck. Its knees buckled and the horse feel down to its knees. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Hope was thrown from the horse, falling to the ground, her Mega Rod knocked to the side. A little dazed, she got to her feet slowly, trying to get over to her Mega Rod. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The lasso wrapped around the neck of one of the mares and it stopped when the line went taunt. The horse reared and then tried to run. The horse Hope had hit was just climbing to its feet. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The horse that had been lassoed was straining to move, but couldn't. The horse Hope hit went down to the ground. It was still moving though. It turned its head and breathed fire at the woman. The other two were racing through the streets and getting further away. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
