Pyxis answered the door when she heard the knock, knowing that it would be Walden and Dudley on the other side. They were coming to stay with her until they could find a proper flat. She just hadn't told them that she was planning to move in with them. That was all. She ran her hands through her hair to calm it down and opened the door, smiling at them.

"Hullo boys." She stepped aside to let them in. "I'll show you your room so you can take your stuff up. And I've marked some nice apartments in your price range for us to look at. We have an appointment in two hours."

Walden smiled when Pyxis answered the door to her house. Dudley was a bit in awe of it, but Walden was trying to play it cool. Like the size of the house wasn't still intimidating for him. And like he hadn't done sexual things with Pyxis the last time he'd been here. He was supposed to be dating Romy, even if she hadn't been as good at returning his phone calls and texts since her visit to Surrey.

"Thanks for letting us stay with you while we look," he said, trying not to lean in and kiss Pyxis. They were just friends. She had a boyfriend. "Do I get to see Loras again?"

"Loras?" Dudley repeated, after staring around Pyxis's entrance way in awe. Her house was fucking massive. Walden hadn't said she was rich and hot. "Kitten, right?" He looked at Pyxis. "Wait, you're looking at flats with us?"

Walden looked down at Pyxis and smiled. "Dudley's only seen the first season of Game of Thrones so far. I'm making him catch up on it," he told her, giving her hand a gentle squeeze. "It's good to see you again. I'm going to bring Winky over when she's got a steady place to stay. I don't want to confuse her too much."

"You and Rider broke up? When?" Walden asked, giving Pyxis a surprised look. He felt... He felt way too many conflicting things about Pyxis not having a boyfriend anyone for someone who currently had a girlfriend. He glanced in the room she'd made for him and nodded in approval. "This looks brilliant, Pyxis. Thank you."

Dudley wondered if that was a hint. Pyxis lumping them together in the single category. He kind of hoped it was. He looked in his room, tossing his bag on the floor. "This is wicked," he said. "It's like a samurai kind of room. Bed close to the floor and everything. Where's your room?"

"Not long after I got back from your place, actually." Pyxis admitted, shrugging. "He came over because he felt guilty about shagging some other girl and asked me out on a date. I knew something was up when he did that." She shrugged. "We broke up."

She glanced at Dudley and laughed. "Down the hall. It's the door at the end of it." She pointed at the large wooden door at the end. "I should get Loras."

"I'm sorry," Walden said, giving Pyxis a concerned look. "That was a dick move on his part." Even if... Walden had done the same thing to Romy with Pyxis. "My mother and gran found out about me visiting my father from Romy. They only let me come to London because of you."
