Sad News for Magpies Star Maggie Brand!
A death in the family will keep star chaser Magnolia Brand and brother Geoffrey Brand, Keeper for the Falmouth Falcons, off the pitch this upcoming weekend. Brand's grandfather, father to the great German quidditch player Rudolph Brand passed away earlier today due to complications with dragon pox. His funeral will be held in Berlin, with a memorial ceremony scheduled for Friday, at Heidelberg Stadium.

Rudolph Brand is best known for being smacked in the head by Harpies captain Gwendolyn Morgan after proposing marriage. The two were later married.
