	I think I have to take it very seriously. I---the Arrows are rebuilding and have a very strong foundation. I would have to move to beater but that would give me more time to manage plays and keep an eye on the game rather than as a chaser, and I did start as a beater it--- I am very loyal to the Magpies, Odette, this is a very hard decision to make. You're making this difficult for me to be irrationally opposing of this.

It's not about loyalty, it's whats best for you and your career. If leaving is what you need to do... then do it. If you feel like you need more time, don't just jump at an opportunity just because it's there.

Make a pros and cons list. I'm told that's useful for former Ravenclaws.
