You're making this difficult for me to be irrationally opposing of this.

It's not about loyalty, it's whats best for you and your career. If leaving is what you need to do... then do it. If you feel like you need more time, don't just jump at an opportunity just because it's there.

Make a pros and cons list. I'm told that's useful for former Ravenclaws.
