It is not always easy to get a bottle of Dinkel Acker in a Tokyo bar, so when they had it, Amiko tended to buy five at a time, just in case.

And since even a lady -- yeah, a lady with five bottles of Uncle Elf's favorite stuff by her; she was a delicate flower -- is allowed to look, she was noticing a very noticeable gaijin about her age. Probably a mutant, too.

SHIELD does business everywhere, and when it comes to working in Japan, Aleks is usually one of the first chosen - he speaks the language and can conduct himself properly, even if he still speaks it with a noticeable American accent. The green hair and sheer size stand out too, but those can't be helped.

He notices the looks... and then the German beer. Rare here. He's impressed. Enough to be caught looking back her way - so he just offers a smile and a simple, "Hey."
