1. Where did you begin 2008?
Right here at home.

2. What was your status by Valentines Day?
Happily living together.

3. Were you in school any time this year?
No.

4. Did you have to go to the hospital?
No.

5. Did you have any encounters with the police?
They stopped us when we went to get our sauna, to inform us that the safety line on the trailer wasn't fastened properly. That's all.

6. Where did you go on vacation?
My mother took me to Lisbon in spring, I went to the London BookCrossing Convention, and stoneshop and I went to Prague in September.

7. What did you purchase that was over £100?
A Thinkpad X30 (yes, that is connected to gummihuhn buying an X31) and an airplane ticket to NZ. Not much else.

8. Did you know anybody who got married?
Yes. An ex-boyfriend. We went to congratulate him. I see it as a bit of aftersales.

9. Did you know anybody who passed away?
No. Or yes. Depending on how you define 'know'.

10. Did you move anywhere?
No.

11. What sporting events did you attend?
The Batavierenrace. (If being part of the support crew counts as attending.) A motorcycle trials event. Nothing else; I'm not into sports.

12. What concerts/shows did you go to?
*thinks very hard* None that I can remember.

13. Describe your birthday.
When was that again?
I didn't really celebrate it. It always collides with the Batavierenrace. I might want to plan a celebration a week earlier or later this year or I won't get to celebrate it at all.

14. What is the ONE thing you thought you would not do, but did, in 2008?
Buy that plane ticket to NZ.

My cousin has a daughter.

I haven't been keeping count. I did like doing this particular project, though.

stoneshop , even though he doesn't drink as much as I do.

Don't think so. But I have plenty of old and less old ones.

Going out for dinner at the Convention, in excellent company.

Hard to tell.

Can't think of any.

No.

Nope.

40.

Plain old 1024 x 768 will be fine.

Nothing that I can remember... so it can't have been that bad.

Not that I've been aware of...
