Sigh, FINE.

Give me one of my characters and one of yours, and I'll tell you how they end up together and about their first-born-- even if they are unqualified to have children (doesn't die, not canon, etc). I'll even give a PB!

CRACK, AU, AND CANON GLADLY ACCEPTED.

If there was one couple that was meant to be, it was Amery and Venice. From the moment that she had first set eyes on him, she knew that he was going to be hers no matter what it as that she had to do. That 'what' ended up being 'his superior ministry head' ... but that hadn't been as bad as she'd thought it would be and at the end of it all she had herself placed in Amery Wilkes' office for her troubles. It was blatantly obvious to Amery from the beginning that his secretary was 'hot for him', but until she explicitly brought it up to him nothing concrete happened. She insisted that he take her on dates and not treat her like a prostitute (probably for the best in the long run, she argued) and eventually they found themselves falling into a routine. For the mun's reference, I just typed 'trouble' instead of 'routine'. Lulz.

Eventually that routine was disrupted and Venice found herself very, very pregnant. Fortunately her fantastic legs did not suffer and she came out of the pregnancy miraculously thinner than before. To this day she denies that anything but hard work was involved, but her close friends know better. Amery never complained.

Marina Anyanka Wilkes was born on June 12, 1982 and was happily sorted into Slytherin many years later. Her father managed to survive the war (although his brother was not so lucky) and takes care of both Marina and occasionally Anastasiya, although the girls don't get along terribly well. Apparently someone was still bitter about the fact that her father got killed and Marina's didn't.

It all began at a masquerade ball in 1979 ... at least, that's what Tristan will tell you.For Psyke it probably didn't begin until long after that, but the moment that he saw Psyke he knew that she was meant to be his - he felt butterflies in his stomach and couldn't quite get the thought of her out of his head. He spent the next few months in what he called his 'wooing' phase, despite the fact that Psyke was still very happily married - he was constantly commenting on her journals just to keep his face fresh in her mind. Eventually they began going for coffee, then for dinners ... and she would come to support him at Quidditch matches. it was only natural that he would fall for her. When her husband, Harper, was killed, Tristan was conveniently there as a shoulder to cry on and while he was initially insistent that they not 'start anything up' because he felt that it was dishonest of him to take advantage of her in her vulnerable state ... so Psyke dated around for a while, but nobody really stuck. Tristan, however, was good with Psyke and with her child -- so that won him enough points that Psyke approached him again two years after Harper's death with dinner and a very nice red dress.

Neither of them were expecting it, but nine months later, Angela Bardera was born. It was another year until her mother was married to Tristan (largely because of continual Quidditch scheduling conflicts with the Orange Grove that the couple were planning to get married at) and they have been happy ever since.

While Angela's father was somewhat absent during the year, he spent the summers teaching her exactly how to excel in Quidditch (and her aunt Nick often tagged along to do the same and to out-do her father) so that she could at the very least make the house team -- which she did once she was sorted into Ravenclaw. While both Tristan and Psyke were not exactly expecting such an ... intellectual child, they were pleasantly surprised and did everything they could to support her. Tristan was more than relieved when she made head chaser of the Ravenclaw team in her fourth year and went so far as to design the Quidditch robes for the house the year after.

PB: Kelli Garner - I feel like she makes all Psyke's faces. XDDD

P.S. I re-did it because I felt it sucked.

James Potter should have known better than his two favorite redheads. There was only one way that it could have gone -- sure, the threesome had been for James' benefit at first, but eventually he'd just found himself with two hot redheads making out in front of him. Not necessarily a problem as far as Potter was concerned. Fortunately for the lovestruck couple, James managed to impregnate Lily.

After swearing off men altogether, Lily and Marissa raised their daughter, Rachelle, in secret. Marissa was never fond of her loving wife's work, but she allowed Lily to do what she had to in order to defeat Voldemort and come home safe. And since she wasn't a Potter, she got to live! Rachelle ended up being a Gryffindor, predictably, and lived up to her mother's reputation in that house to a tee.

It wasn't a secret that Grayson Wilkes would do anything to protect Daniella, but it was something of a secret that he spent more time obsessing over his love for her than he did dreaming about the Dark Lord during his teenage years. Grayson just happened to be visiting the night that her husband attacked her over something trivial, and after receiving a sound thrashing from the older man (what, he'd been barely sixteen at the time!) Grayson found himself in his sister's loving arms ... and one thing led to another.

When Daniella became pregnant, everyone (including her husband) assumed that it was his child. Only Daniella and Grayson suspected differently, and when the child grew up to be a spoiled blonde bitch ... well, nobody questioned it. Stellina grew up never knowing her supposed 'father', as Daniella's husband was killed just before the little girl was born. Daniella first moved back to her parents' Estate and later moved into a home that Grayson purchased for her (and frequently visited).

Brier and Lydia
[info]osteological

The first time that Lydia Proudfoot set her sights on Brier, he was doomed. Sure, she'd brought Mark along for the first few times ... but eventually Lydia found herself paying him regular visits that ended in continually extending periods of cuddling.

That was until she'd found out that he had a kid. It wasn't as if he was a very good liar, but Lydia had never been very bright and she'd always been willing to ignore the glaringly obvious in favor of getting laid. When she'd apparated to his doorstep and he'd opened with a kid in his arms and a fluffy fucking blanket draped over his left shoulder, though, she couldn't deny things any longer. She'd almost been considering giving the little rugrat a chance until she'd leaned forward to kiss Brier soundly and found herself with a corset full of pablum-laden vomit.

So not on.

If Lydia had gotten her way, she'd never have seen Brier again. Fortunately for the couple, mother nature had other ideas - she found out a few weeks later that she was pregnant and she was relatively certain that it was Brier's. Knowing that being pregnant was going to greatly reduce the demand for her body in magazines (although she maintained that there was image-based porn for every body shape) and therefore her pocket book, Lydia showed up once more at Brier's doorstep to more or less announce that she was moving in.

She didn't tell him about the child until some time after that, but much to her surprise ... she found that she didn't so much mind having a house-husband who just happened to be a fantastic lay. Go figure.

After Janelle was born, Lydia made at least some effort to clean up her life. The little girl grew up with her mother's sense of fashion and her father's shyness, much to Lydia's chagrin - when she was sorted into Hufflepuff, neither of them were terribly surprised. She grew into a thin, beanpole of a girl that many a boy fostered a secret crush on, and Janelle repeatedly came up with excuses to turn them down until she was seventeen and perfectly capable of controlling her hormones, thank you very much. She had just wanted to prove to the rest of the world that she wasn't in fact an incorrigible hormonal mess like her mother had been at her age.

All right, so she'd always had a thing for Frank Longbottom. The Hufflepuff girls knew it, and eventually ... James Potter found out. Marissa would forever regret trying to convince James that she could out-drink him as far as firewhisky was concerned, but Merlin knew that it was for the best in the long run. After many weeks of sly teasing from the Gryffindor, James forged a very racy love-letter from Marissa and sent it to Frank. Suspecting tomfoolery, Frank opted to confront Marissa about the letter rather than assume that she was, in fact, prepared to cover herself in butterbeer and let him lick her clean. Much to Frank's surprise, this only served to increase Marissa's attraction to him and she suggested quiet cheerfully that they pay James back by having very loud, very passionate sex.

On James' bed.

It all spiraled out of control from there and Marissa found herself as the surprisingly serious girlfriend for Frank's seventh year. Other than a few rocky weeks that had to do with a silly argument about how Frank's hair really could be better (or rather, more like Otto Bagman's), the couple were quite happy despite Frank's somewhat unstable emotional state. Marissa couldn't fault him for it, after all, and she knew that he was committed to the cause.

Ah, the cause. The reason for a hasty wedding and an even more hasty pregnancy that had Eloise Longbottom being born to the pair in early '80. The girl grew up feisty, but her father made sure that she stayed calm enough that she was able to control her emotions. Wanting to be brave and important like her father, Eloise was sorted into Gryffindor once she headed into school and constantly butted heads with other students who happened to hold issue with her father's position as an Auror. Like her mum, she gave boys their fair share of black eyes over her friends' broken hearts.
