Etoile collapsed next to the gate. Beyond exhausted and not even sure how she's still alive. This was the only place she could come right away to be taken care of and protected. Right now she needed to try and stay awake, so she could talk to someone about the mission, parents and brother. But the pain was too much for her right now.

Etoile felt pain on every inch of her body. She couldn't stop the bleeding on her side, the wound was far too deep. When she took in a breath of air, she grimced at the sharp pain she felt. Still laying next to the gate, in hopes someone would come across her or notice her. Etoile barely had energy to do the next trick..."Forgive me..." she muttered out, with that she linked with the security system and set it off, warning them or someone about an intruder at the front gate.

With the last bit of energy she was able to successfuly set off the secruity, before passing out. How could this happen? They did everything perfectly. Her parents were near flawless when it came to missions, especially when they were life threatening. Did those guys knew about them coming to the factory? Did someone tip them off? Whatever happened they were fully prepared to give an onslaught to the LeBeau's.

Damn it, you can't die Etoile...stay awake. Wake up! They still need you. Someone...please hurry.
  • "The Institute's alarms going off, must be Tuesday," he mumbled to himself. They were short-staffed at the moment so Friedrich felt it was probably best he check on the situation. He left his lab and bound up the stairs.
    • Cait was in the rec room when the alarms went off. Darn. Looks like she lost the betting pool since she had Wednesday. She headed for the front door to see what was going on.
      • She suddenly opened her eyes and gasped,"Where....on right." she mumbled a little. The pain is only getting worse, she couldn't tell if someone was coming or not. Etoile looked around, and noticed the gate wasn't locked. Lucky! She pushes herself up, even though it wasn't the smartest thing to do.

She was determined to get someone's attention. Staggering forward, she grasped a hold of the metal bars and placed all her weight on the gate to move it forward. Evidently, the pain was too much for her, so she fell inside of the school grounds.

"I can't do it, Papa...I need to rest." she closed her eyes and just waited for her ill fated moment or someone to find her before it was too late.
        • Fred , being able to leap long distances quickly, made his way out and into a tree. He looked at the wounded girl.

"Well now,..this is different." He jumps down.
          • "What's going...by the gods," Cait said when she reached Fred and saw the wounded girl. "We need to get her into the medlab."
            • Etoile heard voices and could see faint figures around her. Did it work? Did it actually work? God she really hoped it did, if it didn't and these are the men after her, she is screwed.

              Right now she couldn't careless.
              • Are you aware?" Fred asked the girl. "Well don't blame me when she becomes frantic being in the arms of the monster-boy," Fred warned before moving to pick her up.
                • "It's okay," Cait said not sure if the girl could hear or not. "We're here to help you."
                  • She could hear them both, knew someone picked her up with ease. She tried to focus in on who they were..but she couldn't at the moment.

All she knew someone had a very soft soothing voice and the other smelled and felt odd. Or she could be losing it. Whomever they were, she is glad they showed up to help her.

                    "T-thank you.."
                    • Fred seemed taken aback by her words for a moment.

"..you are welcome." He let Cait lead the way inside.
                      • Cait led Fred down to the medlab, making sure to get the door and elevator. "Just stay still."
  • Etoile did exactly that, she remained still as instructed by the soothing voice. She figured they were in some kind of medic lab..the best kind of place to be.

She finally opened her eyes, gaining back a bit of her focus. Looking towards the two people who had helped her.

Etoile had a lot to say, right now she couldn't even comprehend her current state.
    • "It's not my first science, but she should be fine now. Don't expect gymnastics for awhile."
      • "Welcome back," Cait said and gave the girl a friendly smile. "We found you outside our gates and brought you in to get medical help. What's your name?"
        • She blinked a few times at the two of then....he looked beyond different and she had blue hair."What kind of drugs...did you guys give me?" she kept looking between the two of them.

Etoile has been out of the loop for awhile. She knew mutants were different, she forgot just how different they were."You look interesting and you're blue..."
          • ""Nothing illicit, much to my chagrin," Fred replied dryly.

He raised an eyebrow. "Interesting? That's a new one."
            • "I cannot answer to what was given to you as I hold no medical degree or have the ability to prescribe and administer any drugs," Cait said. "However, Dr. Reyes and Dr. McCoy are very fine doctors and take very good care of their patients. My name is Caitlyn Drake and you are at Xavier's Institute of Higher Learning in Westchester New York."
              • Etoile listened to the girl speak on about the place..but she didn't recall asking about the place. She knew all about it, but she figured they didn't know about her at all.

"..Okay. Good to know." she is glad she'll live to see another day.

She still felt paint, but at least it wasn't so bad as it was before.
                • "More importantly how did you get here and who or what caused this?" Pragmatism, thy name is Friedrich McCoy.
                  • "What's your name? Is there anyone we can call for you and let them know you're okay?"
                    • Etoile looked between the both of them...questions, why are they asking questions right now? Couldn't they ask them later? She sighed a little.

Right now she is conflicted. Should she tell them? She'd much rather talk to Xavier first before even talking to them. She doubted they would let her see him right away without answering some questions first.

"Uh, well, my brother can open digital time rifts...he sent me here before I died. As for who caused this..I cannot say, it's confidential." she said. She shakes her head."I'm afraid not...my family is MIA right now. My name is...Etoile LeBeau....and can I speak with Xavier?"
                      • "Confidential? Are you with some manner of government agency?"Fred looks skeptical. "I see no reason why we should."
                        • Cait tilted her head. LeBeau wasn't a too common name. At least around here. "LeBeau as in Remy?" Cait asked.
  • Etoile narrowed her eyes at Fred. He's going to be the difficult one handle right now. It wont be a problem for her, if they refuse her to see Xavier. She had other ways of getting in touch with him."I refuse to answer your questions under this current condition. I also don't have to answer to you either...'Fred'" she snapped at him, winced at the pain.

"Yes. Remy Lebeau...he's my father. Tessa Nile or well Tess LeBeau, she is best known as Sage is my mother." She knew they both wouldn't know about the marriage between Remy and Tessa, also wouldn't be aware of their children."It's a long complicated story. Xavier knews it all...this is why I need to report to him immediately."
    • "It's Friedrich. Only a select few call me Fred. That is a pragmatic answer, though it gets you no closer to what you want." He looks at Cait. "Those names mean something to you?"
      • "They do," Cait said. She hadn't known that Remy LeBeau had gotten married to Sage no less or that they had kids. "Professor Xavier or Professor Summers will want to see her."
        • "You'll keep getting pragmatic answers from me, except for Caitlyn..she has a bit more manners and an understanding of why I can't answer certain questions." she said with a stern voice looking over to Friedrich before looking back to Cait.

"I'd much rather speak with Xavier. Summers doesn't know about me or my existance...mind you, he/she may know of my parents. I'll ask 'Professor' Summers to see Xavier...I still can't give him/her the information. These are direct orders from Professor Xavier himself....please try to understand." she sighed.

"The more time we waste here, the less of a chance I have at saving my family. I'll ask you this again, please let me speak with Professor Xavier, if you wish to know more about me, if given permission by Xavier himself, I'll do so..hell I'll even write you a book about it Fredrich."
          • "Shame, I was so looking forward to a career in the Diplomatic Corps."

So, Xavier had secrets he kept even from his students. Interesting.

"Your call, Cait. You can forego the book, I do not partake in much recreational reading."
            • "Fred, would you please go inform Profressor Xavier that we have a guest and they wish to speak to him?' Maybe it was better if Fred and Etoile were separated. Cait highly doubted that Uncle Scott didn't know, but she wouldn't put it past Professor X to not tell Uncle Scott some things. "Please mention her parents to the Professor."
              • Etoile looked over to Cait as she informed Fred on what needed to be done. She didn't want to suddenly collide with someone, but he certainly doesn't give someone room to breath.

"Thank you....I'm sorry about before. I just can't give this information to just anyone." she said to Cait. Etoile never thought she would encounter others. She was told all information she obtained is not to be muttered to anyone. Only between herself, her brother, her parents and Xavier. If Xavier wanted others to know, he would inform them. Right now, she couldn't say a single word.

"I didn't mean to come off..as uhh, rude? I'm not exactly a people person. This kind of interaction is new to me." she admitted,
                • Fred nodded and was on his way out when he picked up a bit of their conversation with his enhanced hearing. Before Sylvie and Sasha, he wouldn' t have cared, but now...

"I apologize. I am..not a people person either." With that he leaves out of hearing distance.
                  • "You've been through a lot," Cait said. "Given the circumstances it's reasonable to not be yourself."
                    • Etoile nods her head at Cait."Yes...I suppose your right," she said, offering her a faint smile. She tries to get comfortable, waiting for the arrival of Xavier.
