Yes!! They absolutely are!! I know for a FACT that the muggles just don't go down the wizarding aisle and and and the moving posters are PERFECTLY STILL when there are muggles in the store and and and ---HOW DARE THEY JUDGE BOOGALOO'S SPELL WORK!!! We are Ravenclaws---WE ARE VANCES THIS IS AN INSULT!
