I need my office. I need my patients, I---need a holiday, because my boyfriend hasn't spoken to me since I told him about the miscarriage and it looks like he's content with the whole--not talking thing and I do not wish to sit around here much longer.

I'm sorry, I feel as if I'm whining over something insignificant with everything that's been going on.

But perhaps I have been looking into flats in Paris. Or maybe outside of it, maybe I need the country life.
