Surprisingly dull
Had the follow-up with Dr. Rios. Basically, all is well, the incisions are pretty much healed, and there was no cancer in the gallbladder, just stones. Dr. Rios really comes off as the "handsome, cocky young doctor" straight from central casting. With bonus points for having a vaguely ethnic last name. When I commented that the incisions seemed to be healing very well, he said "Of course, I did them." But in a breezy way, not a snotty way. I just know that in his head he's the lead in some medical show. I wonder if he sees it as a drama or a comedy.

Tonight's LOST was, well, LOST-ish. I still enjoy it, but it relies on WTFery instead of plot. Now I'm watching the first episode of ELI STONE and I'm enjoying it, but it seems a bit self-consciously quirky.
