Things I've done today that have been stressful-

Calling Time Warner about my `net connection being out (thankfully it was storm-related and wasn't off long).

Calling Maintenace to put in a work order to fix my bathroom light

Having to fire my cleaning aide! At least that was over the phone too; I left a message on the program coordinator's voice mail. Still, eeek!
