Tiberius was not going to call Finn, because if he were to see him at this very moment he would laugh. He would laugh and tell him he was acting like a girl. He would call him a girl between gasps of air between laughter.

So Tibs was not calling Phineas because he was not acting like a girl.

Except he was. He was acting like a sixteen year old girl getting ready for her first date ever, with five different shirts and eight different ties discarded on his bed to prove it.

And the only thing he had to show for it was that he decided wearing a tie was a bad idea. No tie. He scowled at his closet because this was all completely and utterly hopeless. He knew practically nothing about this woman.

He was not calling Finn.

Fifteen minutes later Tibs was opening the door to Mark, whom apparently deemed it necessary to bring Andre along as well. Both wearing smirks that he couldn't decided were worse that what Finn would wear or not.

"You are not allow to laugh or say that I'm being a girl." He says in all seriousness. "And this does not leave my apartment.
