Thomas has less food to carry and has put the icecream off to the side while he starts on his burger.
"Fair enough. You seem to be the one more...well you seem to be more interested in this crimefighting deal." At least that's the impression he's gotten so far. Although he did sometimes find Ezra's enthusiasm refreshing, especially when you got a little jaded over the years.
