Gio was lying under the covers with a copy of the Count of Monte Cristo as Andrew finished the last memo of the night he had to read. "Is it unreasonable to have a crush on a fictional character who is kind of maybe a little bit crazy?" she interjects when he finally puts the blasted thing down and looks like he might be reaching for something else.

She watched adoringly, naked on her knees, arms maybe placed just so to raise her breasts slightly. Andrew didn't always find it necessary to demonstrate how good he was at taking charge, but Gio liked it when it sometimes came into private matters, liked the opportunity to show, to see that he understood, that whatever pressures they were under, she was all for him when she could be.

He finishes undressing, his eyes on her almost the entire time. Then he moves towards her, settling one hand in her hair, guiding her forward a little. He appreciates these rare opportunities, not having to worry about taking control of the situation for the world, for politics - or fighting the system. Just enjoying something just for him, entirely under his control.
