Kael had been living with and fighting beside them for quite a while. He and Vernique enjoyed enjoyed the... benefits package she'd extended to him some time back.

	Still sorry for the accidental insensitivity, Vernique's nevertheless quietly happy at what she, being the sort of girl she is, sees as a chance for Svalin to continue relaxing.
