Thomas Birthday Shenanigans
First birthday away from "home" technically and he was not handling it too well. Really, he just wanted to suit up and take out criminals while brooding in between. Not much to ask for. But after spending the last week and a half almost burning himself out dealing with a few Gotham street murders, and ending up a tad bruised and battered, AltDad had insisted he take his birthday off and even told him ahead of time. Apparently days off could be enforced because he was barred from access to his uniform. Wonderful.

Admitting defeat, you really had to when it came to The Batman, he'd almost resigned himself to brooding at home but realized someone would shove him out the door to make him have fun. It had been then that he decided that maybe he should tell Sarah he had a rare day off and spend it with her on a...well they didn't really have 'dates' but this might be close enough. Besides, if anyone could cheer him up she could. He never felt like he didn't belong here around her.

There's a quick rap at her window on the evening of his birthday and Sarah will find Robin hanging upside-down in civies and a mask.

What? Just because he couldn't get his uniform didn't mean he wasn't going to swipe one of the extra masks and utility belt.

	He'll let them survive because if not it'd mean he'd probably never see her in shorts again. "You're a mysterious one as always," he teases as he vaults forward and past her now that they're closer and just going straight won't cut it anymore. 	He just points to the building next to them with a penthouse suite on top, figuring she already knew who lived here. The man was known for having one of the best private art collections in the city. 	Thomas shrugs, "Wayne doesn't have such a great reputation either. But he's got way better security than this guy if Wayne Tower is anything to go by." He's privately proud of the changes he's made to that system, and anyway, as great as the tower's security was, the Manor was a fortress in terms of security. And damn was he proud of that. 	He tries to hide the pleased grin, he really hadn't expected he'd get her in a bikini knowing she didn't like them. Really he was just being prepared in case. 	She gets one looks at it then laughs. He is such a goof. Her goof and the fact she was claiming him was never going to be voiced out loud. She pulls her tank top and the sports bra off and starts to dress in the bikini top to be sure it won't fall off before she pulls her shorts off so she can pull the bottoms on too.
