Blitzkrieg
Real Name: Jacob Retier
Age: 28
The grandson of the original Baron Blitzkreig who menaced the All-Star Squadron (and later, Damage), Jacob Retier has inherited a measure of his grandfather's super-human abilities. While not sharing his grandfather's Nazi ideology, his belief in his own superiority and greatness more than make up for it. He knows his grandfather was once a powerful man who nearly held worlds in his thrall... and is determined to be such a man himself.
Powers: Blitzkrieg possesses great reserves of super-human energy, which he can direct towards strength, speed, invulnerability, flight, or optic blasts, but only one power at a time.
Vulcan
Real Name: James Pike
Age: 23
Vulcan is the son of Christopher Pike, an Earth astronaut who was transformed by aliens into the flame-wielding Vulcan, Son of Fire. As the Son of Fire, Pike battled the JSA and Infinity Inc. on several occasions. He was eventually cured of his condition and restored to sanity, starting a family. Sadly, his condition was passed to his son, who spent many years in a STAR Labs research facility. The Wizard discovered this and freed him, adding him to his growing villainous army.
Powers: Vulcan possesses incredible super-human strength and durability, as well as the ability to generate vast quantities of heat and flame. He wears powerful armor and carries a Prometheum ax.
Dr. Who
Real Name: Thomas Who
Age: 40
The son of Mr. Who, a foe of the original Doctor Fate, Thomas followed in his father's footsteps and studied chemistry, eventually receiving his doctorate. He further perfected his late father's growth formula and decided to put it to his own use. Like his father before him, the formula seemed to have something of a corruptive effect on his personality, making him much more prone to selfish and evil actions. He was the perfect recruit for the Wizard.
Powers: Dr. Who can increase his height, growing up to one hundred feet tall, with proportionate increases in strength and durability. He maintains a nominal fighting height of fifteen feet, giving him sufficient strength to deal with many foes.
Zodiak
Real Name: Zinda Zodiak
Age: 21
The granddaughter of Professor Zodiak, the Man Who Hated Science, Zinda Zodiak follows in her family's footsteps with a rage against modern science and ideas, preferring the old ways of alchemy. Taught at her grandfather and father's knee, she too has mastered the secrets of the ancient world and while she is willing to work with the Wizard and the other super-villains for now, has her own plans for bringing down society.
Powers: Zodiak carries an alchemy stone, which allows her to alter the elemental composition of matter, changing it and reshaping it to her needs.
