i think for the girl auction, the bids should be limited to $100-$1000 increments. that way people who aren't that rich can have an actual chance rather than someone bidding $50,000 on the first bid. just an idea...

they'll eventually get outbid anyway. honestly my guy probably won't bid on anyone in the girls' auction because based on these numbers, even if he pools money he won't be able to afford anybody.

my guy isn't that wealthy either and what i will probably do with him, observing from this auction, is have him purchase someone who is lagging behind.

that could definitely be interesting. i think it would slow down the pace. it's all trial and error anyway. so whoever is doing the other one should take what we're learning from this and apply it to that

this is a good point. whoever is doing the next one should definitely take a look at what worked and didn't work. and the fact that smaller increments would slow the pace is really good
