in terms of personality, he likes girls who appreciate his sense of humor but also realize that there's more to him, even if he isn't always forthcoming about it. he'd benefit from a girl who isn't afraid to push his boundaries - and he'd like a girl whose boundaries he, in return, can push. and superficially? he digs brunettes.

he needs someone who can pet his ego from time to time and can handle the fact that he's a little bit more sensitive than some of his male counterparts. he's not at all girly, but he's the kind of guy who would bend over backward to make a lady happy if he truly cared about her. she needs to be funny, interesting, and incredibly sexy.

he needs a female who will keep his attention. he likes them sassy, funny, smart, and someone who keeps him on his toes. he's charming, and she has to like to be spoiled. she can't get jealous easily though, since he does tend to flirt quite a bit. he really just wants someone to completely captivate him and sweep him off his feet. he's an ass man.

fairly similar to the first one but a girl who appreciates his sense of humor and plays around a lot while still being aware of the fact that he can get serious when he needs to. she'd have to have a pretty warped sense of humor herself to tolerate his, he's automatically drawn to girls who can dish it out and put him in his place. intelligence would be awesome, sassiness, fierce girls.

he has to be funny, if he takes himself too seriously, she'll want to stab him in the eye. he can't be scared off easily. he has to be at least a little romantic, being kind and caring is very important and she likes em tall.

respect is huge with her, so someone who makes her feel respected and special. she has a side of her that not many people know about, and she's dying to let someone in and see that. he should be sexy, confident, open-minded, and should make her laugh. she's not necessarily looking for someone to settle down with, but someone to let her hair down with and be a little crazy.
