	and since zooey and taylor started doing music their presence in film and on tv has gone down dramatically. you can't have it both ways and one always gives to the other (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	the old-school divas like dolly parton and cher are the only ones i can think of who've done it successfully, and even then both of them always focused more on their music. the disney girls are another example, but once the mouse has chewed them up and spit them out they seem to choose one or the other, like demi deciding to focus on music and miley on acting.
