i really, really have to be honest here and say that jo sometimes, very rarely but sometimes gets kinda unsure of josie in terms of their views. with what they sorta talked about earlier regarding true colors, and especially regarding how josie finds it tough to go public, jo has such conflicting thoughts between completely understanding how josie feels, to, "....why is it so fearful?" sometimes she might not be able to understand it because she's been out for six years now, it's so natural to jo to just be that there are moments when she forgets what's it like to have that fear. WITH ALL THAT SAID, i'm so glad that you and josie are in the comm because josie and jo sort of create a foil for each other, in a way. i always like seeing josie around, and although jo might not agree with josie from time to time, just know that i really appreciate YOU.

yeah, it's so weird sometimes for even josie. her troubles come from my real life experience with a friend who couldn't out himself for various reasons and a lot of it had to do with the responsibility it would carry to go so public. in some ways you become a poster child for the community and that just seems like too much for josie right now. she's coming to terms with what to do slowly but surely of course. she knows that most of the people in the community know her true self but she still has so many issues. honestly, i love the way they kind of have that going on between them. it forces josie to think and evaluate even when she doesn't realize why, because i do think that sometimes jo's words resonate with her and she's like wait what's this or what's that inside of herself. plus what fun would it be if we all agreed all the time :). i really do enjoy everyone here especially those who make me and my characters think and push envelopes.

jo is honestly the least empathetic person in the world sometimes, and she just doesn't GET it, even if she does... if that makes sense at all. and of course, she always forgets the different levels of fame and exposure between the two of them. josie is definitely a LOT more exposed as a public figure than jo is, but sometimes she forgets that fact and would just be like, "what's the problem...?!" i'm glad they could have this dynamic, though.
