cute little kid story time! i was babysitting my 4 year old niece yesterday and explaining to her in age appropriate terms the concept of overseas aid and charity (some people don't have enough to eat like you and i do, so we give them some of ours in order to help out). this was sparked by a collection being taken up at her church that morning for ethiopian aid. when i was done explaining this to her, she turned to me and was like, "if they don't have any food there why do they call it eat-i-opia?"

cool story bro i know, but i had to share.

ugh i really hate my coworkers. one of them just left early with pink eye, but she's always leaving early during the week anyways. but i asked her if she could work my shift on sunday, because i'm always covering her crap when her boyfriend is back from the reserves and i gave up 2 weekends for her last month, and she told me no. like really, don't expect me to help you out anymore because that's really shady.

i hate people like that. there's a girl i work with who always asks to get cut early or always tries to get people to cover her shift and then when she gets no hours she bitches and complains and tries to take shifts from other people.
