i think it'd be fun to see a narrative where emma has to spend a lot of time on the phone because she's trying to pay a bill or cancel a subscription or she's having a problem with her cable/computer or whatever, and she totally ends up having an actual conversation with the person on the other line even though they're supposed to stick with the script. she's cute enough to pull it off.
