idk i actually think a lot of her songs sound kind of like of they were written by a teenager anyway. not an insult. i just think her music really sounds young so I could see it. the only thing that would bother me about seeing someone young take over an on older person's music is if she'd had an album out when your girl was supposed to be 14 or whatever, but i don't think katy's been doing music that long.

thank you, i agree. they just seem like something someone my girls age could have sung and i don't think so. her first album was released in 08 so my girl would've been 18 at the time.
