speaking as someone who worked hard to get their character the interaction and friendships they have, it takes a lot of work. you have to maniacally comment almost everything and keep up comment threads to the best of your and your char's ability and make random customs for people you think your char would get along with. you have to make your updates substantial to give characters a few different openings for things to comment on. it's not easy and i won't pretend it is, but it's worth it for the sls and friends my char wound up with. it just takes more work than at most pb comms.

iawtc. my character is, to me anyway, still kind of in the chrysalis phase where i'm still finding my footing with her and any real friendships she's going to have are still developing and sometimes i totally get jealous when i see other peoples cute phone posts with all their ringtones or twitter conversations my char can't be a part of, but that just makes me try harder with her and i know i'll get there with her. all those people i'm jealous of have just had a head start but i know a few months ago they were in the same place as i am.
