i kind of wish these were noms because it's too overwhelming for me rn to look through the entire comm. it'd be easier to have 4-5 people per category, it narrows things down. but i understand why the awards mod chose to do it like this...i'm just too lazy.

re: awards, i truly don't know anyone to nominate for some of the categories, so i'm just putting in random characters. it's way too overwhelming trying to wade through 200 characters in order to figure out who has what traits, especially when i want to nominate those who don't get as much recognition.

1 person for credits/holds/taken list 1 person for adds and you can give them the taken list too if you wanted 1 person for secrets and it could be the adds person. i don't know i'm just trying to help. :(

i said it in a thread, but i'm repeating it out here. whoever takes over the comm, just do your best to keep it running the way it's been running. don't get too ambitious and try to "revolutionize" it or anything and we'll be gravy. probably the people not paying very close attention won't even notice the comm changed hands.

i think there maybe should be an overall mod and then people to help them out? i'm just afraid of things not going smoothly if you've got a bunch of people in charge.

if no one's putting a team together, i think they should choose one main mod they trust and then that person chooses people from the comment that they think they'd work well with to help them out. that way it's more likely everyone will work together well.
