i really respect the people who play taken characters in the game. in some ways i think it's harder to be "taken" at click than it is to be single.

a part of me wishes my girl wasn't in a relationship just because she is so incredibly unhappy and it makes it hard as a writer to play her. she's normally so friendly and happy and now she is just completely ...blah

I had a character once who had been dating a girl in-game for a while...and in the very scene he was going to tell her he loved her, she broke up with him...then promptly hooked up with a character who had a PB that her PB was in movies with...

i've had only a few lines make it to where my character would care if they were broken up with, and one actually happened 2 weeks ago. i did it ooc because i couldn't stand to do it ic because it had nothing to do with the character at all. mine usually end due to someone not being interested in the character or rp at all anymore.

I play a character that I've gotten praise for and is kinda well liked from what I can tell (I hope) but he's never been around THAT much because my schedule has been so insane lately. I've had him here for months with on/off activity and I'm starting to feel like I should drop him because I really don't have time to develop meaningful lines, but I love all of you so much :[

aw anon, i would hate to see anyone go! i know the feeling though, and real life always comes first, so if you feel like you don't have enough time to devote to your character, i wouldn't hold it against you and i'm sure everyone would understand. if you do end up dropping, maybe you could try to come back with a different character and see if that's any easier for you?

i love waiting around half the day for information about where i'm suppose to go for my second job from my dad only to be then told oops the contractor needs to come into the building dept so now i'm not needed. cool, i could have been doing other things with my day off.

i don't think so, but i wouldn't worry about it. i've taken over modding a comm in the past and it usually goes without any problems. it's just like it was before just with new mods.
