1. Keith is totally the bottom guy. And Sully wears the pants; he's pushy and obnoxious enough when he wants to be.
2. Yes. They are snuggling right now in a Snuggies AS.WE.SPEAK.
3. He had 2 1/2 hamburgers (though one was just a patty), six hotdogs, a chicken breast, and two steaks.
4. Every now and then. When one of them commented about their talking via Skype, he sort of went "Wait...*I* don't get Skyped..." but he's generally curiously okay with it.

1. Keith is a pushover like that. He'd totally have to be the one to take it. And he'd like it.
2. Too hot to handle. No, seriously, it's the middle of summer; it's damn hot.
3. Well, this was over the course of several hours. I couldn't tell you how many drinks were consumed between then.
