have you tried taking a real, full-fledged one? like actually forcing yourself not to sign in at all for a couple days/a week? because of course you're not going to be enjoying the comm if you're only signing in to comment because you feel like you have an obligation to your character's friends/your slps. maybe just kind of ooc let the people it would affect know what you're planning to do and really commit to a hiatus/give yourself a true break.

	i'm trying to hang on for another couple weeks because of something that's going to happen i'm actually going to hiatus to keep it as true to life as possible. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	maybe that'll help! i know it might not seem like it, but there's a big difference between being "mostly" on hiatus and truly allowing yourself to step away from it completely. i'll keep my fingers crossed for you! (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
