	I don't care for the produce or Starbucks...I'm just sick of the management right now. That really sucks :( and not fair. Some of the HRs really suck at scheduling. 	I don't have an ETL-GE right now so our scheduling has been done by a gtsl since like feb, who didn't close ONCE in june, but she just moved to pfresh so idk who is doing it now but i was in the cash office fridays and then that got taken away from me :( (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I really hate when those kind of people are doing the scheduling, because they really do screw everyone over or not help anyone out. i'm sorry love :( i'd give you my hours but i don't have any. i worked tonight and then tomorrow night, but i got sunday off (which i'm so angry about) and then i don't work until next saturday....it's like WHAT THE FUCK! I'm still getting decent hours but it just sucks because I had been in the c/o on fridays and was able to watch my dad play softball and now i've been closing on fridays so no more softball. I've got my cash office shifts for tomorrow and sunday at least and am not scheduled to be gsa after so at least i'm done at ten and can spend the rest of the day on here. we have a team lead position open and i'm tempted to apply but it will be my third time doing it and if i don't get it now i'm so done.

I'm planning to change my avaiability again due to my college hours and I'm just thinking to myself "will they give me morning hours?" as much as I do like working at night - I'm sick of zoning and being tossed around like a ping pong ball. I always wanted to do gsa and stuff, but i feel i'd really suck at it - so i want to become a HL TL, but then i won't stay with target much long once i get my degree (though lots of my co-workers tell me to stay at work so that i can conduct studies on them). if you really want to do it, then definitely do it! push it hard, threaten them with something lol

see i got my degree last year and still haven't moved up. i applied for gstl and was given gsa and then there was starbucks which i didn't even get an interview for. and i'm on a final warning for hanging up on refund authorization when i didn't agree with their decision so idk if i'd even get an interview for it. gsa is terrible. you do all the work of a gstl without the full pay and you can't even do anything to coach or write up people.

	i'm scared for when starbucks open this sunday. they had some left over drinks in the break room when i got to work around 6 and i was like oooo coffee and one of them was completely disgusting. never ever doing starbucks. oh that's just fucked up. i come to two conclusions since working at target: 1. i hate people 2. i hate retail (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	our starbucks peeps are actually decent, if only their schedules would be right too. i feel bad they are always working by themselves and overwhelmed which doesn't see right for our volume but who knows. people are really disgusting i've seen in way too much in my years at target. i can only imagine. our store is "re-opening" this sunday, so everyone is going crazy!!!! i've been in at target for almost 2 years and it's nuts. one of former executives (who i called a "cheerleader" because she was too pretty) got fired recently for having her boyfriend / or guy in the store after hours and the next thing you know, my good friend told me she saw them having sex in the backroom in plain sight of cameras. she got fired quickly!

	because she was an executive and thought she was invincible. she just ruined her entire career in business because of it. i don't do well to change either and i'd be upset if i left everyone. a lot of us are really close (one of them became my neighbor) and so when i leave (in the future), i'll probably cry a river and visit everyone like everyday.
