the difference in the rules is this:

the original mod said anyone can join and update within 3 weeks. that made our game expand to over 200 members with a huge amount of dead weight. the second mods that we didn't know were in place (but now if you look back you can kinda figure it out) changed it so that you had to update within 9-13 days of joining (aka the second sunday after you've been added) in order to move on to the 3 week update rule. they allowed extensions on this from new members. the newest mods don't allow extensions on this rule.

not a lot of rules are being changed, other people just don't seem to pay attention.

	a lot of new people die off with or without the option of getting an extension, it's not like the new mods are making any major changes. (Reply to this)(Parent)
