That's why I'll kill your brother, then you'll understand me... then you'll join me. [swings at again.]

[turns his face away as quickly as possible to deflect the belt from his eyes, coping it across the cheek still. feels the warmth of the blood from where the leather cut in dribbling down his cheek, wiping it away with the back of his hand.] ... [doesn't have time to react to the second swing, the buckle connecting straight into the soft side of his head, stepping back grabbing where it had hit. oh, stars.]

[leaps for, knocking back down to the ground and pinning, repeating the position he was in not too long ago, tying Hashirama's hands above his head while he's still stunned. grabs a fistful of hair and tugs tightly, forcing the other man to look at him. just looks deceptively calm, almost tender. looks to the cut on Hashirama's face and leans down, trailing his lips across it slowly.]

[just because every time his name comes up he is on the case doesn't mean anything. it is because he knows the background, has been working this every step of the way. it's poor manners to step on someone else's territory who has been working a case for this long.] .... [tries to say how incorrect he is about it all but beaten with that kiss. strains arms up and flops over, grabbing whatever hair he can get with two restrained hands, tugging up what feels like hard to him, it isn't enough to do any damage at all.]
