What would have happened had Berk not gone insane and asked Amelia to marry him?

Aaaand much on the same vein as your Ian question, what would have happened if Finn had freaked out and wanted nothing to do with Cormac?

I think they would've dated for a long, long time then! Like I think when they first started dating (lol like a week before they eloped) I thought about them maybe being together for a long time when he died? And sort of tragic that way, so I think he knew right away he was going to be with her for a long time. Which might be the reason why he really had no qualms with suggesting an elopement XDD But! I think they'd date for a while and I could see him maybe putting off proposing until after the war.

It was really like, pick an extreme I guess XD

I think that'd be impossible with Tibs around lmao BUT if he hadn't bothered listening to his brother, I think...he would've made sure Joy at least had a place to stay, even if it wasn't his house. There's no way he'd have been able to just cut off all ties, so I think he'd have just been like...pay the child support, visit every other weekend kind of thing. I think as Cormac got older he'd be more into the father thing and would come around more.

This also has me thinking about what if Anna Marie hadn't died, so if THAT hadn't happened he definitely would have gone this route I think. But! Big Mac's arrived so all is lovely in the world lmao
