If Juliet never got pregnant with the twins she never would've gotten pregnant period LOL Like actually they would be that on-off couple that eventually settles down and never has children because all their friends have children and they hate them. But their house would look super nice and super expensive because they could afford it with not having children. And vacationing a lot.

Actually, I think the Notts would've been entirely nicer people without the presence of the twins LMAO
