MARCELLO BERNAL
A stranger to all, Marcello went by many different names as the government built the fences around key locations. In New York he was a man standing in line for rations, mane untamed and scruff deplorable. Without any way to build himself up, Marc offered no identification or family to the Rival project and thus cast aside as a hobo who had survived. Several months into the project, in one of the shelters built for the homeless, a brawl erupted and with everyone's new found abilities, a fire quickly started. Several were killed, including what they presumed to be Marcello.
3 months later in Germany, nomads seeking shelter for the night would often come across a safe house with warm food and a cot for all. Marcello was one person who returned for several months with an arm severely burned and tattered clothes.Then he stopped showing, and people presumed the worst. 6 months later the underground factions of Japan heard of a man, dressed in the finest clothes and both arms as good as new. He was known as the man who could 'fix' everything, if you knew where to go and had the money. He could take away powers and give people a normal life if they wanted. If not, well, he could also boost their abilities.
The bombs did not stop Marc from reappearing underground, settled in Taymno where he permanently took the name Marcello. Located under a falafel restaurant with guards armed at every door, Marcello made his living buying and selling his abilities. Within weeks of his new business, Marcello had more money than he'd ever had in his lifetime. Living in luxury, he could make thousands with just a handshake.
