What would you say are the trademarks of my writing? What themes or quirks or turns of phrase have you noticed? What is it that makes a story by me -- well, a story by me?

Alex: Well, fuck, your guess is as good as mine. I mean I still don't completely trust the guy--wasn't born yesterday, thanks--but I don't know... He's either some crazy psychic spy or something, or he's actually telling the truth. And, fuck, I think I'd prefer the crazy psychic spy.

Luke: It's hard not to trust Viollca. When he speaks to you, it's like those words were only meant for your ears. Like you're the only other person in the world that can ever hold his attention. And.. and maybe that's true, but I find it hard to believe. I can't imagine why he would bother. But sometimes.. sometimes I think he just wants to fix me. And I wonder what might happen if there's nothing for him to fix.

Art: What, you mean she's a challenge? KIDDING, just kidding. Honestly though I'm not into her for the chase or something, you know? Sure it's kind of cool, trying to see if maybe I can melt Ice Queen's heart (and I mean that with affection). But man, there's like so much more to her than that. You've seen her right? I mean am I right? And dude she probably knows like seven thousand different ways to kill me with a nail file and that's just awesome right there.
