Terris: The difference that counts is that they planned. They did not react without thinking through the situation. What you two did to help that woman wasn't wrong, wanting to help wasn't wrong, disobeying my rule about the boundary wasn't wrong because of /why/ you did it. What made it wrong was that you had been careless and reckless, with your own lives and with everyone else's. I know you were made to help others, and I want to see you able to do that, but you're not made of metal anymore, you can't just react, you need to think. Do you understand? *he doesn't want to make them feel bad, and he's not bringing this up to rub it in their face, but they need to see the difference....so if faced with something similar in the future, should they decide to act, hopefully they'll think it through for everyone 's sake.*
