The Renegade has been an exciting success!

But, unfortunately, that means that I've completely run out of parchment. If anyone has any old school notes or anything that I can nick from you, that would be brill. I don't exactly have the funding to go out and buy new parchment stupid fucking, and my colleague better not have plans of doing just that, because he has a baby fund to start up.


To quote a (slightly altered) passage from William Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar...
Friends, Wizards, Countrymen, lend me your parchment! I come to bury the Ministry, not to praise it! The evil that men do lives after them, the good is oft interred with their bones; So let it be with the Ministry!

Oh, obviously. All the man did was talk about witch craft and toiling over cauldrons, how could he possibly describe that so well if he hadn't experienced it first hand?
