Happy Spring. Belatedly, of course.

I'm ready to be home for Easter. I've needed a snuggle with Snowball for some time now.

[Mackenzie] Eee, okay, so I don't know if this was okay or not (I hope so), but my mum really wanted me to go in and see an OBGYN and so she made an appointment with hers, and they took an ultrasound of the baby and--well, it's so exciting, they had photos of it printed off! So I don't know if I really should have, since I know you're my healer and all, but if you want I can bring the photo in to our next appointment. :) [/Mackenzie]

WOW I feel like an awful person for not being up to date with journal entries, so I have to offer both a hearty CONGRATULATIONS and a WHOA WHAT to your news! From comment-stalking, I see he's a boy, but I have questions that you must answer:

1.) Who's the father?
2.) When are you coming over? Stories about how I hate our new direction in exchange for feeling the baby kick?

Well, thank you for both the CONGRATULATIONS and the WHOA WHAT from you! I feel like it's been an awfully long time since we've seen each other, it must be rectified!

But, to answer your questions.
1) I...honestly am not sure if it's alright for me to dispel this information. The number of people who do know is few enough that I can easily count it on one hand. It's not that I don't trust you, I just...the individual and myself are still coming to terms with things and I don't wish to do anything to upset the delicate balance we've reached. Though I'm almost certain that his being disowned tipped that balance months ago I can assure you that he's a very kind man, and he knows he wants to be involved in our son's life and that's all I can ask of him at this time.

2) Oooh! I have not been to the Catchlove pad in quite some time, I'm itching to leave as we speak! Perhaps after work tonight? The baby's quite active in the evenings so I'm sure you'll get at least a kick or three. Is there trouble with the band or--
