He stops, close himself... but this question may come up again. He nibbles her ear, before asking, "Do you want a new punishment, or are you going to be able to finish this one?" he asks, still buried deep inside her, one hand still restraining her wrist, the other on her side.
He could probably finish himself, and let her off the hook - but he wants to know, not telling her how close he is, wanting to her where her mind is at the edge of desperation.
