The real tragedy here is that two strong examples of wizards are being locked away from streets that desperately need their presence, for crimes they did not commit.

Indeed. Something ought to be done about it. We simply can't allow established wizards and their families to be to be falsely accused and mistreated as scapegoats for a much larger problem.
