[Alecto and Evan and Matilda and Mackenzie.] Why are pregnant women insane? Present company excluded. You were a perfect pregnant woman, Matilda. Mackenzie too. Absolutely glowing.

Clara thinks I'm out boozing every night or I don't know, I think I told her I was doing research for songs. Now she's pissed at me.

She's being paranoid and says I need to show more emotion, but what the fuck.

Look, Emmet. I'm going to say this once. Get over yourself about buying pink, because unfortunately for you, this baby is a girl, and will like different things than you, so unless you want people to mistake your first girl as a boy, or worse, buy her a nice pink bow because she will like it. I don't care if you don't, it's about her.

And second of all, don't you tell me that it's not safe to step out of your own house. Or have you forgotten that just a few days after giving birth my infant was stolen from the hospital nursery! And you know what, I go out to dinner with Anthony, and half the people in the wizarding world would much rather have me dead than alive. So don't you tell me that you feel unsafe when half the time you're doing exactly what people are so terrified of in the first place!

How can you be unsafe? How? HOW?

	Everyone else is going to be buying us pink, she's got a ton of pink stuff already. I just don't want to buy some stupid pink thing because it's pink and Clara's mad at me. Those colors suck. Pink is for girls, it is a universally known fact and you should be ashamed for thinking of anything else.

She shouldn't have to ask. What's the fun in being serenaded when you have to prompt it? I know I rarely ask John about his work days unless he feels the need to share, a man's work isn't to be snooped upon just like that!
